If you are reading this, you are probably going to join the NNQ chat where we have quite a few small rules. Don't worry, they are nothing that's going to cramp your vibe, just stuff that we need to get straight so that way, everyone can have fun :3

1. No God Mod. This will not be tolerated. Do not ever kill someone else's character with out their permission, make it so there is no possible way that a person can get out of an attack, make your person magical enough to never get hit in a fight, and if you are a genin going against a kage... you're not gonna win, so don't even try. Just try to be nice and play fair, kay?

2. Respect. R-E-S-P-E-C-T! Sorry... anyways, basically, do not think we will tolerate you ragging on anyone for no reason. If you have a fight with someone, let US take care of it, don't get into a huge fight with name-calling. Seriously, I don't want to deal with that. We're not four people.. and if you are four.... go watch Barney or something.

3. Please, I understand your character might be a gigalo or something, but do not have a lemon in the room please. It's just uncalled for. Just go into another private room and do the nasty there, none of us want to here about it... well some of us don't.

4. Swearing? Keep it to a PG-13 level. Don't need to have three or four curses in one sentance.

5. Just have fun. That's why we made the room and that's why we will continue the room.

I'm sure there are more rules that I left out that I'm gonna get yelled at for later, but I think for the moment, this is pretty good.

NOTICE. Keep in mind that there are very specific rules and directions about special jutsus, clans and clan abilities.

Birthplace: The land of Waves

Apperance: Around the height of 5'1". Lavender hair cut in a pixie style with bangs and sharp green eyes. Petite form and gives off a weak look.

Clothing: Black ninja sandels with a silver anklet on her left ankle. A black tanktop that shows stomach under a jonin vest with fingerless gloves with silver Mist ninja bands on the top of the hand. Black short shorts with a small piece of black fabric that connects to the shorts on the back and goes down to her mid thigh.

Tattoos/Piercings: Just one silver stud in each ear in the earlobe.

Clan: Kyouran

Clan Ability: To easily focus certain amounts of chakra to a specific body spot. Because of the natural talent to focus chakra, most members of the clan either become a medic nin or a master in taijutsu.

Specialized Jutsu Area: Taijutsu/Medic

Special Jutsus:

Gihen No Jutsu - Said ninja centers their chakra in either their legs or arm, extering when impacting an enemy and causing more damage than what would be expected of the ninja.

Shouten no Jutsu - User basically focuses, allowing them to concentrate more chakra then earlier. Notice: this does not mean they gain chakra, they are just able to add more chakra without the strain.

Chakra Element: Water

History: As a small child grew up in the rich area of the Village hidden in the Mist, she was always goofing off in class, but managed to slip up the ranks steadily quick before taking over when the Mizukage suddenly suffered from an unknown disease. Many believed that she caused the former Mizukage to pass, but there has never been proof. All of her family members are alive and well and she is currently in a relationship with Paddock.
Weakness: She is naturally frightened of lightning and because of the clan ability of Kyouran, she has to make sure not to over use all her chakra or she could suffer a painful injury.

Weapons: Varies between needles, kunais, shurikens, but mainly she is know by the two Sais and two Kamas that are held on criss crossing leather belts that hang loosely on her waist.

Other: She is known to be very bubbly and often seen as childish, but don't under estimate her. She packs a punch.
